It can be flavoured with sun dried tomatoes, oregano, rosemary or with green or black olives. The green olives we use are the top qualtiy variety, Nocellara Etna, grown in the area around the slopes of Mount Etna which are typical of the Mediterranean diet while the black olives are “Tonda Iblea” from the Buccheri area, which, when mixed with the cheese, create a unique product for the palate of real cheese lovers.
